TECHNOLOGY:
SPYLON™ DWR: Your clothing will retain 80% of its waterproofing for up to 50 washes. So no need to worry about washing your clothes. The water-repellent DWR treatment protects against water and oil-based stains.
Down: Perfect natural insulation. Its tiny fibres are light, compressible and effectively maintain body heat. Down is classed as a "power fill". The higher the number, the higher the quality.
The higher the quality, the greater the loft and the heat/weight ratio is improved.
COMPOSITION:
Ripstop: This synthetic fabric, often made from nylon or polyester, uses a special reinforcing technique that makes it tear and abrasion-resistant. During the weaving process, reinforcement threads are interwoven at regular intervals into the hatched pattern. These intervals are generally 5 to 8 millimetres. Ripstop fabric is thin and light with thicker threads interwoven into thinner cloth for a 3-dimensional structure.
