TECHNOLOGY:

 

OrthoLite®: Engineered from open cell polyurethane, Ortholite soles retain 95% of their cushioning after one year of use, whereas ordinary soles lose 70% of their cushioning over the same time period.

The Ortholite® sole is light and breathable. The air circulates, to help evacuate heat and moisture to keep the feet dry. The environmentally-friendly biocide treatment is antimicrobial and creates a healthier environment for the feet. The advantages of Ortholite® Open-Cell Technology are:

COMPOSITION:

 

ReBOTL™:We created this environmentally friendly material from non-biodegradable PET plastic bottles, which we recycled and transformed into rPET (recycled polyethylene terephthalate) fibres. This allows us to create products made of 50% recycled PET, with the aim of almost completely reducing the environmental impact of the production processes

 

EVA: The moulded EVA foam midsole in the shoe is particularly flexible. It helps improve shock absorption and lightness.

 

CERTIFICATION:

 

Silver Rated Tanneries: This logo means that one or more major components use at least 50% leather tanned in a facility rated Silver or higher by a third-party environmental audit (LWG). This label ensures a high quality leather from tanneries which are renowned for their eco-friendly engagement trough criteria such as waist management, CO2 emissions as well as the control of water and energy consumption.
