TECHNOLOGY:

 

RAID System (Rapid Air Intake Diffuser): Cool air enters through the front air vents, evacuating the warm air around the goggles and head. Air vents on the chin guard, screen and top of the goggles, optimising the ventilation surface area for maximal air circulation. Outlet vents are placed on the top and back of the helmet. The goggle vents are connected with vents in the EPS helmet lining to prevent fogging and overheating of the rider.

Rheon: Rheology is the branch of physics that looks at the flow of matter and how that matter reacts when force is applied. Developed by scientists at Imperial College London, the Rheon liner is made of a non-Newtonian fluid that hardens upon impact, reducing the chance of brain injuries by up to 30%.

FidLock: The FidLock magnetic chin strap buckle is the fastest and easiest system in the world. Even with gloves on.

RECCO®: Safety system based on radar technology, helping find victims after avalanches. The Recco® system built into the product allows waves to reflect back to the transmitter, helping the rescue team to find victims faster. The Recco® system is complementary to other security systems used for off-piste skiing/boarding.

ABS Injection: A construction that provides high resistance and improved shock absorption compared to other constructions. Helmets made this way have 2 parts that are joined and bonded: a hard ABS plastic outer shell and an expanded polystyrene (EPS) inner layer.

The ABS material is recognised for its shockproof properties, hardness and lightness that allows it to be moulded easily. Expanded polystyrene (EPS) provides thermal insulation and resistance to shocks and compression.

They offer excellent eye protection from sun rays and glare for most of your activities.
