TECHNOLOGY:
WaterShield Protection Technology 20000: Colmar have redefined the comfort and performance standards of their products, using WPT technology. An exclusive and innovative system that provides the fabric with water repellency, breathability and resistance. This protection system enables water resistance of 20,000 mm. Neither wind or water can get through items with this technology.
Teflon® EcoElite™: In the interests of being more environmentally friendly, this technology uses 60% renewable sources and is PFC-free (perfluorocarbon). The finish allows water to slide off the fabric, leaving the garment dry, even in very damp climates.
Proof-Tech: The best in its class. Excellent water resistance with over 20,000 mm water column. Increased breathability and comfort. Waterproof membrane with high elasticity to work with the 2-way stretch fabric. Water-repellent treatment so water slides over the outer surface of the fabric without penetrating the fibres.
RECCO®: Safety system based on radar technology, helping find victims after avalanches. The Recco® system built into the product allows waves to reflect back to the transmitter, helping the rescue team to find victims faster. The Recco® system is complementary to other security systems used for off-piste skiing/boarding.
