TECHNOLOGY:

Double Lens: The double lens creates a thermal barrier between the cold air on the outside and warmth generated by intense activity, preventing fog from forming. Cebe's acetate and polycarbonate double lens construction offers perfect visibility by eliminating distortion caused by fog.

Triple Density Foam: The only material touching your face is a very soft fleece layer that covers two foam layers and ensures a firm, comfortable hold.

LENS COATING:

Photochromic: Different light conditions require different lens tints. Photochromic lenses darken or lighten depending on ultraviolet rays. They therefore automatically adapt to different light conditions.

COMPOSITION:

NXT®: NXT® material is one of the best in terms of optical clarity, impact resistance and lightness (the specific weight of an NXT screen is 2.3 times lighter than a mineral screen: NXT 1.11g/cm3 vs mineral 2.52g/cm3). It also provides wider and more responsive photochromic processing.

LENS CONSTRUCTION:

Spherical: Spherical lenses are built on a base curve in both the X (horizontal) and Y (vertical) axes. This makes the spherical lens more rounded to follow the shape of the retina. They provide a wider field of vision, which is helpful in busy environments with lots of trees, trunks or rocks. Spherical lenses help you perceive relief and also help improve your performance when skiing downhill.

LENS CATEGORY:

Category 1 solar lenses are slightly tinted, and filter 20 to 57% of sunlight. This type of index is recommended for low sunlight, for example in winter or for cloudy days. This type of index is strongly discouraged in very sunny conditions.

Category 2 solar lenses will filter out 58% to 82% of ambient sunlight. This protection is effective in medium sunlight conditions. Category 2 lenses can be worn in periods of variable sunlight and between seasons, for example at the beginning of spring and the end of autumn.

Category 3 solar lenses provide a perfect filter for most light conditions. Your solar lenses will filter 83 to 92% of sunlight. They offer excellent eye protection from sun rays and glare for most of your activities. This protection is particularly effective in conditions of strong sunlight (during summer, holidays by the sea, on the beach and winter sports).
