COMPOSITION:
Limestone Neoprene: Limestone Neoprene comes from a natural process and replaces chemicals. It therefore has less of an impact on the environment.
Aqua-a™ Adhesive: The wetsuits use the new Aqua-a technology, a solvent-free, completely water-based adhesive, eliminating harmful volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
GBS: Heat-sealed construction with invisible triple heat-sealed seams and stitching on the surface.
The surface stitching only goes part way through the neoprene, thus reducing water infiltration to keep you warmer for longer.
RANGE:
Performance: The Performance range has been completely redesigned and remains the perfect balance between warmth and durability thanks to the new Thermo Lining, which promotes waterproofing and thermal insulation. Developed with very soft SX neoprene and GBS seams (stitched and glued) they are reinforced on the outside with rubber seams to limit water entry
Neoprene Recycling Process: The supplier recycles all possible neoprene production waste and transforms it into quality products. This minimises the waste deposited in landfills. Nearly 5000 kg of recycled neoprene waste each year.
Deeply uses a melted plastic process in order to remove the drying step. This saves an enormous quantity of water and electricity and reduces water pollution.
