DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- Pour two 334g spoons into a mixer with 710ml of water
- Mix for 45/60 seconds and add a couple of ice cubes and/or caloric ingredients, mix again for 45/60 seconds
- For optimal weight gain: 1 portion in the morning, afternoon and evening 20/30 min before going to bed or after training
- Consistent portions: if you're beginning, it is recommended to take 1 spoon instead of 2
