DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- 2 minutes preparation: mix well 4 teaspoons of Porridge with milk, vegetable drinks or water (60 ml cold or 120 ml hot)
- Add fresh fruits, dried fruits, superfood, honey and and whatever you want to create the breakfast that suits you
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Can be kept in its packaging 3 months after opening
