COLD SPRAY DIRECTION FOR USE:
- Spray the product on the affected area for 3 to 4 seconds, keeping a 15/20cm distance.
- Stop applying when a light white frost appears on the area
- Repeat if necessary
COLD SPRAY PRECAUTION:
- Highly inflammable aerosol
- Protect the cold spray from sun rays and do not exposed on a superior temperature of 50° C/122 F
- Pressurised content: explosion risks if heated
- Do not pierce or burn even after use
- Do not spray on flame or other inflammable sources, keep away from heating sources, heated surfaces, sparks, flames or other inflammation sources, do not smoke.
- Use a well ventilated room.
GEL MASSAGE DIRECTION FOR USE:
- In case of shock and contusion, the gel is immediately applied to the area affected by light and circular massage. It is recommended to repeat this several times in the first hour and to then proceed up to 4 times a day.
- In case of sensitive and tensed joints, tendons and muscles, apply the gel with light and circular massages up to 4 times a day to recover comfort and mobility
- For more cold effect, keep in the fridge.
