SHELL & UPPER:
G-Shell™: Lightweight Grilamid® shell for less bulk and weight, while maintaining structural solidity. High performance, cradling shape. High resistance to low temperatures and optimal flexibility.
Walking Profile: Ergonomic shell profile for easier walking. Less bulk on the outside.
EZ Flex™ Tongue: Grilamid® tongue with a gusset between the top and bottom sections, a concept derived from La Sportiva mountain boots. This enables enough ankle mobility for both steep slopes and flat ground. Protective seal inside, under the tongue.
FASTENING SYSTEM:
Fast Lock System: All-in-one speed closure and cuff tension regulation systems converts the boot quickly and easily from ski mode to walk mode.
Pegasus Buckle™: Aluminium micrometric Backbone Control herringbone clip designed for easier opening/closing using the EZ Tour™ lever.
SOLES & BINDING COMPATIBILITY:
S3 Insert™: Front insert developed exclusively by La Sportiva in collaboration with Ski Trab. It enables a larger surface area (100% more at the top, 30% more on the bottom section) of the cylindrical zone at the tip of the binding shaft (Tech or TR2). This solution helps spread the weight across a wider base. The result:
- Superior stability and control
- Secure, reduce possibility of the binding releasing accidentally
- PIN binding stays attached even after hard knocks
S3 front insert spacing is designed for quickly removing the TR2 binding once released, to prevent obstruction.
