DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Apply The Cryo Leg and Arm KINESOINS Sport Gel in sufficient quantities starting with the feet, emphasizing the sole and going up along the leg to complete the massage from the upper thighs by proceeding with upward movements, up to 3 times a day. Also suitable for arms massages, from the ends towards the shoulders. For a more cooling effect, keep in the fridge.
