Massage balm:
Apply balm locally on the affected area (muscles or joints) with light massages, 30min before exercising. Maximum once a day while training. The application of the heating balm does not exempt from warming up the muscles before sports.
MASSAGE GEL:
The Camphré Silicon Massage Gel is applied to muscles and joints, in upward movements up to twice a day and half an hour before exercise for physical preparation. The application Gel Pouch of Camphor massaging does not exempt from warming up correctly the muscles before sports.
Massage Oil:
Camphrée Sport Oil is applied to muscles and joints, in preparation and recovery after exercise up to 2 times a day. The application the oil does not exempt from warming up physical correctly the muscles before sports.
