Shipping information

Every sale has its own shipping delay. You can find an estimated shipping delay in the header of each sale, as well as on our product pages.

On some of our sales, a 25 day shipping delay is necessary. Indeed, on these sales, we do not have the stock, we deal directly with our partner brands in order to receive only the items ordered by our clients throughout the duration of the sale. As soon as we receive the products in our warehouse, we prepare your order.

The shipping delay corresponds to the time needed to prepare and send your order. It does not therefore include the delivery time which varies according to the delivery option chosen.

Once your order has been prepared by our Logistics Service, an email will automatically be sent to you.

Climatic™:Fabrics designed to be durable and comfortable for multi-day expeditions. Hard-wearing durable stretch nylon. This fabric is designed to be soft on the skin, with good moisture management and exceptional comfort.

FlexAble™: 4-way/2-way woven stretch fabrics offering an extremely high level of comfort and flexibility. These fabrics combine excellent vapour permeability with wind resistance and freedom of movement, making them ideal for use in clothing for physically demanding outdoor activities. The fabric exterior is water repellent and the inner parts are designed to quickly wick moisture away from the body. Many FlexAble™ fabrics are treated with a fluorocarbon-free DWR, while some have a wicking treatment. Some FlexAble™ fabrics also have a water-repellent or waterproof barrier (see specific styles for details).
