How long can I store items in my cart?

Once an item has been added to your cart, you have just a small period of time to complete your order. If you do not finalize the order immediately, the article will remain in your cart however it is no longer reserved and is therefore not guaranteed at a later stage.

I need help choosing my size

You will find information regarding the size by clicking the "choose your size" option that is present with each garment specifiction. If there is no information present, please select your usual size or contact us via the "contact us" section or by calling 800 808 5593 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm GMT)

Can I order multiple items from a number of different sales?

You can place a single order containing multiple items from different sales, however your orders may be dispatched seperately.  

Once the first package has shipped you will receive an "Partial shipment" email indicating the items in the shipped package.

Once all packages have been shipped you will receive a second "Shipped" email confirming shipment of the remaining items.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay for your orders by credit card (CB, Visa, AmericanExpress, MasterCard, Maestro) or by Paypal.

Payment by credit card :

The cards we accept on our website are the following: CB, Visa, AmericanExpress, MasterCard, Maestro.

Maestro cards do not have a CVV (cryptogram behind the card). Some banks allow you to use the code "000" or the code "999" as a replacement. If these substitute codes do not succeed, we recommend that you contact your bank and ask them for the code to be entered in the CVV field.

Of course, your payment is secure.

For credit card payments, PrivateSportShop uses the Braintree platform, which specialises in securing bank data. We do not save any bank data !
